Empowering Wellness, One Breath at a Time

At Peace Pilates was born from a deep passion for movement and a desire to create a space where everyone can find their strength, balance, and peace.

My journey into Pilates started when I was 18, inspired by my grandma, who had scoliosis. She taught me the importance of a strong core, not just for avoiding back pain, but for living a full, vibrant life.

That experience taught me that for so many people, the desire to get stronger is often held back by fear. It might be the fear of triggering chronic pain, or the feeling of being too intimidated by other fitness classes to even start. In a world that's all about "pushing harder," I wanted to create a place for everyone who has felt left behind.

I’ve always been a kinesthetic person, finding joy in the rhythm of a workout, the pulse of music, and the power of community. After years of exploring different fitness paths—trail running, boxing, and ultimately falling in love with teaching fitness classes at community centers—I became a certified NCPT Pilates instructor.

To take this mission even further, I am also completing my training as a Trauma-Informed Pilates instructor.

My entire focus is on creating a sanctuary, not a bootcamp. This is a space where you are guaranteed to feel safe and in control. I’m here to guide you and support your journey towards a life of ease and wellbeing. We start exactly where you are, using gentle, precise movements to build strength from the inside out.

Our sessions are designed to be more than just a workout. They are a sanctuary where you can leave the noise of the world behind. Whether you're new to Pilates or have been practicing for years, you'll find a place here where you can grow, strengthen, and find your own peace.

Let’s move together to maintain inner balance with strength and tranquility.
